Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Overview

Welcome to the American Principles Series Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This agreement is designed to protect both parties and outline the expectations and responsibilities of our affiliate partners.

Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate link or using their discount code.
  • Commission Amount: Each sale at the discounted price of $79.20 (after applying a 20% discount on the original price of $99) will earn affiliates $15.84 in commission.
  • Discount Code: Affiliates are provided with a unique discount code, which offers a 20% discount on the American Principles Series.

Payments

  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out on a quarterly basis.
  • Payment Method: Payments are processed via check, PayPal, or Zelle. Direct payment arrangements can be discussed and arranged upon request.
  • Payment Threshold: A minimum earnings threshold of $100 must be met for payouts. If the threshold is not met, the earnings will roll over to the next quarter.

Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting the American Principles Series a minimum of 1/month using their unique discount code. Affiliates may use provided marketing assets or create their own in alignment with the brand guidelines.
  • Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting the American Principles Series. Any false or misleading advertising will result in termination of the affiliate agreement.

Intellectual Property

  • Use of Assets: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable right to use the marketing materials provided by American Principles Series solely for the purpose of promoting the Series.
  • Trademark Usage: Affiliates may not modify the trademarks, logos, or other brand assets provided. Any misuse of intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement.

Termination

  • Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying American Principles Series in writing.
  • Termination by American Principles Series: We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this agreement, false advertising, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

Confidentiality

  • Affiliate Information: Affiliates agree to keep their login credentials and any other confidential information provided by American Principles Series secure and confidential.
  • Customer Information: Affiliates must not collect or store any personal information from customers without their explicit consent and must comply with all privacy laws.

Limitation of Liability

American Principles Series will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the affiliate's participation in the program.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which American Principles Series is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
